1. No warranty
Breach Watchdog shows known data breaches based on publicly available sources. We cannot guarantee that all breaches are detected. The app provides an indication of risk, not absolute certainty of safety.
2. No liability
Breach Watchdog is not liable for damage resulting from a data breach, the use of the app, or reliance on the information shown. Use the app as a tool, not as your sole security measure.
3. Permitted use
Breach Watchdog is intended for personal use only. It is not permitted to use the app or its results for commercial purposes, such as reselling results, offering services based on the app's output, or automated use via scripts or bots.
4. Third-party services
The app uses third-party services such as Have I Been Pwned, LeakCheck, XON and Google Web Risk. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these sources.
5. Subscription
Pro subscriptions are processed via Google Play. Cancellation must be done via Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Elapsed periods are not refunded. Price changes will be communicated in advance via the app or Play Store.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The most recent version is always available on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
