Delete account
1. In the app
Open Breach Watchdog → Settings → Pro. If you are signed in with Google, choose Delete account. You will be asked to sign in with Google again to confirm.
2. What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account (Google sign-in) for Breach Watchdog
- Your RevenueCat purchase identity linked to that account, including any Pro access tied to it (e.g. from a redeemed promo code)
- Your user ID in promo-code records (see below)
3. What is retained
- Redeemed promo codes stay marked as used. The code cannot be redeemed again. Only the link to your user ID is removed.
- Local data on your device (reports, monitored addresses, settings) remains until you clear app data or uninstall.
- Purchases through Google Play remain under your Google account; manage them via Google Play → Purchases.
- Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics cannot be erased retroactively.
4. Without the app
If you have uninstalled the app, email appdev020@proton.me from the Google address you signed in with. Ask to delete your Breach Watchdog account. We process these requests manually.
